Pizza with children themselves make
Yes, pizza can be done together with the dough ourselves! But why? Sure, you have just frozen pizza into the oven and at least 20 minutes later you can eat them. That's true and when you come home ravenous, which can also be very practical. But to make pizza from scratch is an event.
We make pizza often, when friends are visiting with children. Including children's birthdays, the pizza was very well prepared. But then I have made so that each has its own small pizzas and placed on the greased sheet.
Here, then, first of our pizza dough recipe:
600 g flour
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Pinch of sugar
G 40 yeast (a cube)
250 ml of water
6 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
The first one gives the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix these ingredients and forms a short recess. (Who wants it very well make sifting the flour first.) The most fresh yeast dissolved in lukewarm water - for example, in a cup -. This yeast-water and possibly the rest of the necessary water and the oil is then added into the prepared flour trough. We then let the dough is kneaded from our kitchen appliance. It works the same but also with his hands. Then you have to let the dough. That is, he needs to rest for at least 20 minutes. In either case, a cloth over the bowl so the dough does not dry on the surface. A hot spot is an advantage.
(If the dough sticks to the hands or the bowl, still missing a little flour.
If, however, flour is left, which is not absorbed by the ball of dough, which is missing some liquid.
The more full-fledged the flour, the dough needs more liquid. - We use mostly 550 - flour, mixed with some 1050 - flour.)
The tomato sauce
2 cans peeled tomatoes, puree and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
While the dough "is" one has to prepare in peace time, the "Drauftaten. Fresh ingredients are of course a good opportunity to take healthy themselves.
The coating
That comes with us as the pizza:
fresh mushrooms (sliced)
Bell peppers (cut into small pieces)
Zucchini (grated-out did not taste the difference, so do not bother my son)
Onions (thinly sliced rings or pieces)
Spring onions (cut into rings)
Tomatoes (sliced)
fresh pineapple pieces (alternatively, from a can)
Ham, salami, tuna, olives, feta cheese
After walking the pizza dough from the bowl is fetched and again kneaded by hand. This makes children usually very fun. (The best hands with flour "dust".) Then we oiled the baking pan well with olive oil and rolls out the dough on the sheet. The oil well then you get the pizza from the sheet and it can later be cleaned with little effort. 300 g of dough rolled out a thin layer on a plate.
So, then the tomato sauce is spread on the dough and documented. We shall outline on the sheet generally in four parts, which prove we are different then.
Finally, there is yet the cheese on top. Particularly good taste in sliced mozzarella. Ultimately, however, you can drüberreiben each cheese.
Then it comes off in the oven.
